The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to inflict losses on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, depleting the enemy along the entire battle line.
In the past 24 hours, Defense Forces aircraft have carried out strikes on 10 areas where Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated. The missile force unit hit two personnel concentration areas, an air defense facility, an electronic warfare station, three UAV control points and another key enemy target. The General Staff announced this on March 28.
It was noted that 60 military clashes took place on the front in the last 24 hours. In general, the enemy launched 11 missiles and 77 air strikes, and carried out 141 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of the Russian terrorist attack, unfortunately, there were deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Several high-rise buildings, medical institutions, vehicles, schools, kindergartens and other civil infrastructure facilities were destroyed and damaged.
In the past 24 hours, the settlements of Veterinary, Kharkov, Sinkovka, Kruglyakovka, Borovaya, Novoegorovka, Ivanovka, and Kislovka in the Kharkov region have received air strikes; Yampolevka, Novy, Druzhba, Ivanovskoye, Berdichi, Novobakhmutovka, Ocheretino, Semenovka, Tsukurino, Novomikhailovka, Alexandropol, Ekaterinivka, Elizavetovka, Bolshaya Novoselka, Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region.
More than 100 settlements of Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson and Nikolaev regions are under artillery.
According to the General Staff, in the directions of Volyn and Polesie the operational situation remains without significant changes.
At the direction of Seversky and Slobozhansky, the Russian Federation maintains a military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage activities to prevent the movement of our troops in threatening directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barrier at the state border.
In the direction of Kupyansk the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) operations.
In the direction of Liman, our soldiers repelled 5 Russian attacks in the areas of Belogorovka settlements, Luhansk region and Terny, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break the defenses of our troop.
In the direction of Bakhmut, our soldiers repelled 4 attacks of the Russian Federation in the area of the settlements of Ivanovskoye and Andreevka, Donetsk region.
In the Avdeevsky direction, our defenders repelled 14 attacks in the areas of Berdich, Semenovka and Nevelskoye settlements in the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with aviation support, tried to dislodge our units from their occupied lines.
In the direction of Novopavlovsk, the Defense Forces continue to suppress the Russians in the areas of the settlements of Novomikhailovka and Georgievka, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried 27 times to break the defenses of our troop.
In the Orekhovsky direction, the enemy, with aviation support, attacked the positions of our defenders 4 times in the Staromayorsky district of the Donetsk region; Rabotino, Zaporozhye region.
In the direction of Kherson, the Russian Federation does not abandon its intention to remove our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. So, in the last 24 hours, the enemy launched an unsuccessful attack on the positions of our troops.
