Naftogaz group facilities in western Ukraine were damaged as a result of a Russian air attack on Sunday morning. The leader of the group, Alexey Chernyshev, announced this on Facebook on Sunday, March 24.
“In the morning, the enemy again attacked the energy infrastructure. There was damage to Naftogaz facilities in the west. At first, there were no casualties,” he wrote.
Chernyshev added that the work continues to localize and eliminate the consequences of the emergency, and details will be provided later.
We remind you that since the beginning of the day, Russia has twice attacked the Lviv region with missiles and drones. The same critical infrastructure facility was hit twice.
Also today, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported shooting down 43 enemy targets. In total, the enemy used 29 missiles and 28 drones.
