The event occurred at 4.23 am local time. This was reported by the press service of the Polish Ministry of Defense.
The object flew into Polish space near the village of Oserdów (Lublin Voivodeship) and remained there for 39 seconds. Throughout the flight, it was observed by military radar systems, the report said.
The department notes that “all necessary procedures were adopted to ensure the safety of Polish airspace,” in particular, Polish and allied aviation was activated.
