Drone operators of the Code 9.2 unit of the 92nd Assault Brigade, using attack copters, repelled a new mechanized assault attack by the invaders on one of the front sections. The Russians tried to advance in the Bakhmut direction. People’s Deputy Yuri Mysyagin and journalist Andrei Tsaplienko reported this on March 23 on Telegram.
It is noted that Ukrainian UAVs smashed enemy armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles, MT-LBs and tanks to smithereens. Among the destroyed were the BTR-82A and the newest tank of the invaders, the T-90M “Breakthrough,” worth $4.5 million.
According to Tsaplienko, one of the operators joined the service just two months ago, and is already considered one of the best specialists in unmanned operations.
Let us remind you that soldiers of the Guard offensive brigade “Revenge”, together with the Defense Forces, destroyed 12 pieces of equipment during the Russian offensive in the Bakhmut area. The enemy used tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, but failed to break through the positions of the Ukrainian border guards.
