Kharkov has the most difficult power supply situation among all the regions that today, March 22, suffered as a result of the Russian morning rocket attack.

Energy Minister German Galushchenko announced this during a national telethon.
Work in Kharkov is being carried out hourly, we are resuming electricity supplies and have appropriate plans to do this as soon as possible,” he noted. — We have mobilized all resources for the fastest possible update. Critical infrastructure has been healed, and work is now underway to ensure the supply of electricity to the population.
According to the minister, to speed up the work, teams of power engineers from other regions have been sent to the region.
The press service of the Ministry of Energy notes that as of 20.00, power engineers restored power to more than 1 million consumers who had lost power due to enemy shelling and network restrictions within 24 hours. All the miners who were in the de-energized mines were brought to the surface.
In particular:
- in the Dnepropetrovsk region, 25.5 thousand subscribers remain disconnected. Restoration work continues;
- in the Zaporozhye region, after shelling, 137 subscribers remain without power. Also, for technological reasons, 5 thousand 924 consumers were switched off – all healed;
- in the Lviv region, all 2.5 thousand consumers who lost power as a result of the morning shock have been restored;
- in the Odessa region, 177 thousand consumers remain without electricity, temporarily without power due to network restrictions. In the evening, due to significant damage and loads on the system, emergency power outages were introduced;
- In the Sumy region, power engineers restored the damaged overhead line and 1.2 thousand consumers were healed. 6 thousand 940 consumers in 73 settlements remain without voltage;
- In the Kharkov region, power engineers restored power to 310 thousand Kharkov consumers. 360 thousand consumers remain without voltage. All critical infrastructure of the city has been installed. Restoration work continues. Consumers in the Kharkov region, which were switched off due to the morning shelling of the regional center, have been healed;
- In the Khmelnitsky region, all consumers that were switched off as a result of rocket attacks have been restored. However, for the period of the evening maximum consumption, network restrictions are introduced: 30.8 thousand consumers in 51 settlements are disconnected.
