Ukraine will receive a new package of military assistance from Estonia

The cost of the new package is 20 million euros. The defense forces will receive artillery ammunition, recoilless anti-tank guns, explosives, gas masks, and sniper equipment from the Estonian government. This was stated by Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur on March 21 during a visit to Kyiv, the department’s press service reports.
“We put this package together with a focus on delivering the maximum benefit to Ukraine while making sure we don’t reduce Estonia’s defense readiness,” he said.
According to Pevkur, Ukraine needs additional ammunition as summer approaches, various air defense elements, as well as spare parts and electronic warfare equipment.
Let us remind you that on March 19, Germany announced a new package of military assistance for Ukraine worth 500 million euros. The Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive 10 thousand artillery shells, 100 armored vehicles for infantry and 100 transport vehicles from the Bundeswehr.
On the same day, Belgium announced the provision of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 412 million euros. The new package will include 300 IVECO Lynx LMV armored vehicles and three Alkmaar-class minesweepers.
