The invaders on this section of the front were met with powerful fire by the Tauride paratroopers. For two days, soldiers of the 79th separate air assault brigade repelled Russian attacks. The command of the Air Assault Forces announced this on Facebook on March 18.
Enemy equipment was burned, Russian infantry was destroyed. Thus ended the next assault by the occupiers in the Novomikhailovka area, where the invaders were “warmly” greeted by the Tauride paratroopers,” noted the command of the DShV.
During these battles, three Russian tanks were completely destroyed and six were damaged. Four enemy armored combat vehicles were also burned. Miraculously, the surviving occupiers liked the drone operators’ precision drops.
Let us remind you that on March 10, the 79th separate air assault Tauride brigade repelled another Russian assault in the Novomikhailovka area. The breakout attempt ended in complete fiasco for the occupiers. The Ukrainian landing force destroyed all the infantry, and the armored vehicles were left burning in the field.
