In Nikolaev, two explosions were heard during an air raid raid. The city came under a missile attack from Russian invaders, the head of the local OVA, Vitaly Kim, told Telegram on Sunday, March 17.
“There was an arrival in Nikolaev. From a place that arrived in Odessa. And the relaunch is the same,” he wrote and added a little later: “There is a second ‘arrival’.”
At 2:30 p.m., two casualties were reported. They are in a state of moderate severity.
