In the Lugansk region, Russian invaders cannot provide high-quality water to the Novopskov community in the Lugansk region, occupied in the first days of a full-scale war, despite the fact that almost all the critical infrastructure there has survived.

About this today. On March 17, the press service of the Lugansk Police Department reported.
The water quality there is extremely low. It is not recommended to use it even as a technical one. The population is forced, mainly, to use water from wells that have them, notes the OVA.
The OVA also reports that the Belokurakinskaya and Lozno-Aleksandrovskaya village military administrations of the Svatovsky district have received powerful generators, which, after de-occupation, will be used to power life-support facilities for the population in the event of a lack of electricity:
- a generator on a trailer with a capacity of 37 kW was supplied for the needs of the Belokurakin region;
- Lozno-Aleksandrovsk residents were provided with a 60 kW generator.
The generators were donated by the Lugansk regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
