Russian media report this.
Russian propagandists claim that the drones were neutralized, but videos posted by local residents on social media show that the UAVs struck the plant.
Officially in Russia they said that one person died during the attack – he died of a heart attack. Following the attack, a fire also broke out at the plant, which is said to have been extinguished.
Thus, this is already the tenth oil refinery in Russia to be hit by drones since the beginning of the year.
