The general director of the company, Sergey Grishkov, explained how this service functioned before:
Uklon is an online platform and not a taxi service. The company provides access to the online service to both passengers and driver partners. Or working during curfew is the choice of partners who have a pass. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have not turned off our service for a moment; in the first months we were the only service that evacuated people 24/7, delivered medicine, fuel and food.
Grishkov explained that previously Uklon drivers, who had a pass and the ability to carry out transportation at night, could decide for themselves whether to work during curfew or not. Now the platform will limit them.
