On Wednesday, Ukrainian Armed Forces rockets hit one area where enemy personnel were concentrated. And Air Force aviation targeted seven areas where enemy military equipment, weapons and manpower were concentrated. This is stated in the evening meeting of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on March 13.
Over the course of 24 hours, 70 military clashes took place at the front. The most difficult thing for the defenders was in two directions. In particular, in the Novopavlovsk direction the enemy tried to attack 19 times, but Ukrainian units continue to hold back the enemy in the Krasnohorivka, Georgievka, Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region. And in the Avdeevsky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 14 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Berdich, Orlovka, Tonechko and Pervomayskoye.
Four times the enemy tried to attack in the Kupyansky direction, five attacks each were repulsed in the Limansky and Orekhovsky directions. The enemy carried out three attacks in the Bakhmut direction, but without success. And in the Kherson direction, during the day the enemy carried out two unsuccessful assault operations on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Let us remind you that on March 13, the speaker of the Tavriya OSUV, Dmitry Likhovoy, denied the occupiers’ statements about the seizure of the Nevelskoye village in the Avdeevsky direction. The command assured that the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hold this settlement.
