Serving summonses to men with disabilities is a common complaint against territorial recruitment centers (TCCs).

This was reported on March 11 in OK “North”.
If a man became disabled after being registered at the conscription station or is not registered with the TCC at all, then they cannot know about his disability, the military explained.
The command noted that such cases are regulated by a decree of the Minister of Defense of 2022, which states that in the event of a change in personal data, those liable for military service must inform the TCC about them within seven days.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also denied the information that the subpoena is certainly the path to “zero.” The press service of the operational command emphasized that a call to the TCC is, first of all, to clarify data about a person. If a man is declared fit for service, he is not immediately sent to the front. He is sent to one of the training centers.
