Polish farmers have removed the checkpoint in Krakovets, but there is still a queue here. This was announced by the representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Andrey Demchenko, in a telethon on Sunday, March 10.
According to him, the blockade continues in five directions. There are about 1,700 trucks lined up. Krakovets has been unblocked, but the protest there may last from March 13.
“Although the direction of the Krakovets checkpoint is unblocked and there is heavy traffic there, there is also a queue of trucks on Polish territory waiting to cross the border into our state. It is somewhere around 600 cargo vehicles, ” said Demchenko.
We remind you that Polish farmers blocked the Ukrainian border a few weeks ago. They make it difficult for trucks to pass through checkpoints, affecting exports.
Poland is informally negotiating with the EU on concessions for farmers
