The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Igor Klimenko, announced on the evening of March 2 that rescuers had recovered the body of a woman and a three-month-old child from under the rubble. The attack of Russian drones in Odessa, which occurred on the night of March 2, was commented on by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. He called it “terror, the purpose of which is to destroy lives, solely to intimidate people.”
He also said that the deceased child was four months old.
The Odessa mayor’s office said that as a result of a drone hitting a residential building, 18 apartments were destroyed and seven more were damaged.
Freaks from Russia attacked Ukraine with drones on the night of March 2. The Ukrainian Air Force said it destroyed 14 out of 17 drones within the Odessa, Nikolaev, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Sumy, and Dnepropetrovsk regions. Seven out of eight drones were shot down in the Odessa region.
