However, to increase the number of people at the WTO, the Kremlin also brings “volunteers” from the “company of military brotherhood”.
According to the plan, “titushki” will control voting directly at the polling stations, they will be assisted by private security guards from Moscow companies, which also sent their militants to Ukraine, the Central Tax Service notes.
