Sauli Niiniste said that Finland will increase aid to Ukraine, this applies to ammunition and air defense equipment.

Finland has transferred 22 aid packages to Ukraine and it will not stop there. This was announced by President Sauli Niinistö, who is leaving his post, Yle reports.

“We are increasing aid. Military, of course, first of all. This is especially true for ammunition and air defense equipment. Everyone is united that we need to act as at the beginning of 2022, when decisions are made in a timely manner and very quickly,” said Niiniste.

As you know, the President of Finland took part in the conference of European leaders in Paris at the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron. According to Niinist, the conference was effective.
