“Answer” is about pain and memory, “Answer” is about lifelong gratitude, “Answer” is about a difficult and long path to victory. And also about the question “how much longer…” and about the answer that everyone can definitely find in their hearts,” the group writes.
The video for the song was filmed in Kyiv at the Ukrainian Radio Recording House. The choir and orchestra of the Ukrainian Radio took part in the filming and recording of the song.
I put into the words of this song the experiences, all the emotions that I have been experiencing for the last two years since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. And it seems to me that a large number of our compatriots experience the same thing. Therefore, we allowed ourselves not only on our own behalf, but also on behalf of many people whom I met, whom I know, even those whom I don’t know, but whose pain I feel now, we allowed ourselves to put these words into the song “Answer,” said leader of the group Svyatoslav Vakarchuk.
