The widow of the dead oppositionist asked Russians to share with her their anger at those who “dare to kill our future.”
The widow of slain Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, Yulia, says she will continue her husband’s work. He said this in a video message published on Monday, February 19, on the social network. X. In less than 24 hours, the video received more than four million views.
“There should be someone else in my place. But this person was killed by Vladimir Putin,” said Yulia Navalnaya in the first video on her social network account.
The politician’s widow said she knew exactly why Navalny was killed and promised to tell about the reasons for what happened in the near future.
“I will continue Navalny’s work. I will continue to fight for our country,” the politician’s wife emphasized and called on her supporters to continue the fight against war, against corruption and against injustice.
In the video, the politician’s widow asked to share her anger.
“Anger, anger, hatred for those who dare to kill our future. I address you with the words of Alexei, in which I truly believe: it is not shameful to do a little – it is shameful to do nothing. It is shameful to let yourself be afraid,” she emphasized .
Earlier, Yulia Navalnaya, in her speech to the participants of the Munich Security Conference, called on the world community to unite and defeat the “terrible regime that is now in Russia.”
It is noteworthy that previously Navalnaya had no political ambitions of his own and in all interviews he said that he always wanted to be the wife of a politician, not a politician.
Let’s recall that on February 16, the Russian authorities announced that Alexei Navalny died suddenly in the IK-3 Polar Wolf in the village of Kharp in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug of the Russian Federation.
