French President Emmanuel Macron will not go to Ukraine on February 13 and 14, as planned, Challenges reports.
The Elysee Palace justifies that the visit was postponed for security reasons. This raised many questions from French and Ukrainian diplomats.
It is planned that the French President will first visit Odessa, after which he will go to Kyiv. He must announce the creation of a fund of 200 million euros, which will be spent on donations for civic projects.
Macron is also expected to announce the arrival of the French development agency as the coordinator of French aid to Ukraine.
It was reported that the visit to Ukraine was also canceled by the French-Ukrainian business association Medef International.
