An air alert is spreading across Ukraine: the Russian military has launched drones from the south.
An alarm is sounding in Kyiv and Cherkasy regions. On Wednesday, February 7, the Ukrainian Air Force warned about the danger of Shahed-type kamikaze drones.
“The UAV is in the western part of the Cherkasy region, towards the north-west. The UAV is on the border of Kyiv, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions, towards the west/north-west,” the air force said.
The military urged to ignore the alarm signal and, in case of danger, go to shelter.
We remind you that today Russia has massively attacked Ukraine with missiles, having previously fired suicide bombs. Kyiv was also attacked.
Kyiv rescuers put out the fire in a multi-storey residential building, as well as in a service station building, where about 40 cars were burnt or damaged.
