At the end of November last year, the representatives decided to adopt a draft law on the ratification of an agreement between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the free provision of armored vehicles.
Until recently, Defense Minister Todor Tagarev said that armored personnel carriers are still in Bulgaria, because their transportation to Ukraine is quite expensive for the state budget.

As reported, on December 4, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev vetoed a document providing military aid to Ukraine in the form of 100 armored personnel carriers. But on December 8, parliament voted to override the president’s veto.
