Russian occupiers continue to improve the characteristics of the Shahed-136 attack drone.

The enemy added cumulative and flammable effects to the drone. In particular, the new Shahed warhead has the BST-52 index and is a continuation of the previous MSNI. She received additional cumulative and flammable effects. This is already the third version of the Russian warhead after the appearance of warheads with the BSF index in July 2023. This was reported by Defense Express.
It is noted that a new combat unit was found in a black-painted Shahedi, which the enemy recently sent to Ukrainian cities. A photo of this drone was published by the National Police.
The marking of the warhead contains the index “BST-52”, as well as the number 206-2-23, indicating that it was produced in 2023. The exact value “206-2” is analyzed.
The warhead of the attack UAV received a cumulative recess, which is responsible for creating a cumulative jet.
Experts note that the most dangerous is the additional thermal effect during the explosion of the modernized Shahed, which is provided by incendiary elements installed inside the warhead. We are probably talking about thermal “checkers”.
Let us recall that in August the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine stated that the Russian military-industrial complex intends to produce 1 thousand 300 Geranium-2 loitering ammunition – the Russian analogue of the Iranian kamikaze drone “Shahed” – in the second half of the year.
