“A UAV from the Ternopil region entered the Rivne region, heading north!” reported the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at 0:07. Two minutes later, they warned of missile danger for the Nikolaev and Kherson regions.
At the same time, public accounts reported heavy explosions in Kherson.
