Evgeniy Levchenko from Odessa posted a video on his own TikTok in which he rants that Russia is not targeting civilians, but only targeting military facilities or facilities “where military personnel are located.”
This is how he justified Russia’s strikes on Kharkov on January 2. Then the occupiers launched Iskander missiles into the city, which led to a large number of dead and wounded local residents.
Levchenko recorded a video in which he claimed that the Ukrainian authorities were lying and the missile hit a military facility.
In fact, there were several missiles, one of them flew into the area near the State Industry and Medical Institute and into civilian homes.
On the same day, this fake was published on the propaganda RosTV and pro-Kremlin information resources. The SBU informed the agitator about the suspicion. He faces up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.
