Novatek said that as a result of the attack, the gas condensate processing plant in Ust-Luga stopped all technological operations and there were no casualties. The fire was caused by an “external influence.”
St. Petersburg edition Fontanka reported that drones hit a facility in the Leningrad region on Sunday morning local time. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported “no attack” in the area.
