A small missile ship has once again been added to the Russian frigate Admiral Essen. The combined equipment of both carriers is up to 16 Caliber cruise missiles. The overall missile threat level has been increased. The Defense Forces of southern Ukraine reported this on January 21 in Telegram.
The military called for a prompt response to air raids.
As you know, on January 20, the Russian occupiers rotated launch vehicles in the Black Sea. Instead of a small missile ship, the invaders put the frigate Admiral Essen on combat duty.
The enemy uses the Black and Azov Seas for its military purposes. The Russians now almost completely control the Sea of Azov.
Let us recall that in the fall, British intelligence reported that Russia has problems with the use of “Caliber” cruise missiles, since after the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strikes on the occupied Crimea, the enemy is afraid to reload with cruise missiles in occupied Sevastopol. The aggressor has begun to rely more on bases in Novorossiysk, and the issue of logistics causes problems for the occupiers.
