Shelling of Donetsk: occupiers announce 25 dead

A combined strike from 152 mm and 155 mm caliber artillery was carried out in the Donetsk bloc, Denis Pushilin said.

As a result of the shelling of a market in the Kirovsky district of the temporarily occupied Donetsk, 25 people died and at least 20 others were injured. The said data was announced by the head of the “DPR” Denis Pushilin on Sunday, January 21.

Two children are said to be among the dead, and two children are also among the injured.

“The victims are being given the necessary medical care. Among them are severe, many with penetrating wounds to vital organs, and traumatic amputation of limbs,” the message said.

According to Pushilin, a combined strike from 152 mm and 155 mm caliber artillery was delivered to the Donetsk quarter, apparently from the direction of Kurakhovsky and Krasnogorovsky.
