Four men with a rubber boat were detained near the Hungarian border by the border guards of the Viloki department of the Mukachevo detachment. The press service of the State Border Guard Service reported this today, January 18.
“At around three o’clock in the morning, the border patrol noticed the movement of unknown persons towards the border and went to arrest them. Realizing that they were exposed, the assailants tried to flee. To stop the offenders, the soldiers of several warnings,” the report said.
It is known that three of those detained are residents of the Kherson region; they paid the transporters $5,500 each. The fourth, a resident of the Kharkov region, gave $9,100.
In relation to detainees, protocols are drawn up on illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine, as well as malicious disobedience of a legal order or requirement by an employee of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
The cases have already been sent to court, and operatives of the detachment are establishing a circle of people involved in organizing the illegal “trip” of men.
It was previously reported that a large-scale channel for producing false documents for draft dodgers has been eliminated.
