In Lipetsk (Russia), 10 thousand people were without heating for the third day due to utility failures, and another 40 thousand were without electricity. The Mash TG channel reported this on January 15.
Residents complain that heat and electricity supplies have not been restored since January 13. Only gas works – they are trying to heat it. At the same time, they are afraid that they will soon be left without it – the apartments hardly heat up to 13 degrees.
It was noted that the coldest houses today are located less than 500 meters from the city administration and the department of housing and community services of the Lipetsk region. Near which, by the way, the pipes also burst.
