It is noted that over the past 24 hours, in the interests of Russia, the passage through the Kerch Strait, connecting the Black and Azov Seas, was made by:
- to the Sea of Azov – 15 ships, of which five were moving from the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Black Sea – 13 ships, of which seven continued to move towards the Bosphorus Strait.
Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems (AIS), the Navy notes.
