In Kyiv, a fire was extinguished that broke out today, January 13, in the Cosmopolitan shopping center, located in the Solomensky district of the city.

The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, announced this in his Telegram channel.
According to Klitschko, the fire occurred on the fourth floor of the building, and one fire cell was discovered.
About 200 people were evacuated from the building. Three victims are known:
- a woman and a man working there;
- an eight-year-old girl who was in a shopping center.
All with complaints of poisoning by combustion products. Doctors provided assistance to them on the spot. The victims refused hospitalization, noted the mayor of Kyiv.
The State Emergency Service reports that the fire in one of the premises of this shopping center was extinguished at 17.42 on an area of 50 square meters.
