This is stated in a message published by the press service of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court, not agreeing with the decision of the COAS, will appeal it on appeal, the statement said.
The COAS today partially satisfied Lvov’s administrative claim to declare unlawful and cancel the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court to expel him from the staff of the Supreme Court, reinstate him in his position and collect his average earnings for the period of forced absence.
The COAS declared the corresponding order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court unlawful and abolished it. In addition, the COAS ordered the Supreme Court to assign the judge to the staff of the Supreme Court in the Economic Court of Cassation, as well as to calculate and pay him the average salary for the period of forced absence.
The corresponding decision of the COAS comes into force upon the expiration of the period for filing an appeal by all participants in the case, if the complaint has not been filed.
