    In Ukraine today, January 10, a new record for electricity consumption was recorded. The increase is especially noticeable in the morning.

    .

    The press service of Ukrenergo reports this.

    In such conditions, the company calls on Ukrainians to carefully consume electricity to help the energy system work:

    • Reduce the use of air conditioners for space heating and space heaters. This is especially true in the morning and evening;
    • do not turn on the iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and boiler at the same time;
    • turn off the lights in rooms you are not in;
    • Businesses can also join in supporting the energy system by reducing the lighting of signs, storefronts, banners and Christmas lights.

    These simple rules will help not only reduce the load on our country’s energy system, but also save money. Consume less, pay less! – the company notes.
