This afternoon, over Kursk, Russian air defense allegedly shot down three “Ukrainian” drones moving in the direction of the Gurevich International Airport area. This airport is located near the city. This was reported by the Mash Telegram channel.

The Russians also announced air defense work against air targets over the city of Kurchatov and the village of Gornal in the Kursk region. In Gornal, a local resident was injured as a result of falling debris. Subsequently, as stated by Governor Roman Starovoyt, the victim died.

Let us recall that on January 9, unknown drones attacked the Orelnefteprodukt oil depot in the Russian city of Orel. One of the drones hit a fuel tank. Three people received shrapnel wounds.
