Petr Kotin was appointed to the position of acting chairman of the board of JSC NAEC Energoatom.
The Cabinet of Ministers appointed Petr Kotin as acting chairman of the board of JSC NAEC Energoatom. The company’s press service reported this on January 9 in connection with government decree No. 1420 dated December 29, 2023.
The government also appointed Hartmut Jacob, Yuri Sheiko and Alexander Ostapovets as acting members of Energoatom’s board.
Jacob is a former vice-president of Energoatom, Sheiko is the acting first vice-president – technical director of the company, Ostapovets is the general inspector-director for safety.
In addition, a decision was made to issue shares of the joint-stock company. The planned size of the authorized capital is UAH 306.245 billion.
We remind you that Zelensky has appointed new chairmen of Rivne and Donetsk regional state administrations. Alexander Koval became the head of the state administration of the Rivne region. And Vadim Filashkin was appointed head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
It was previously reported that Zelensky appointed Denis Klyushnikov as a state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
