The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has offered to release captured soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in exchange for the lifting of sanctions against members of his family, Russian propaganda agency TASS wrote .
Kadyrov said he gave the list of prisoners of war to the former UN inspector for monitoring the elimination of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction, Scott Ritter.
“If they remove the punishments from my mother, my daughters, innocent people, horses, except me, then we will give these people,” he said.
It is reported that during the transfer of the list, Ritter was shown a video recording of the captured Ukrainians, who allegedly proposed the release of 20 prisoners subject to the lifting of sanctions on Kadyrov’s relatives, his planes and horse
