In the capital of Russia, a substation on Vysokovoltny Proezd caught fire. As a result of the fire, several dozen multi-storey buildings in four districts were left without electricity and heating. Residents of the Otradnoye, Bibirevo, Northern and Southern Medvedkovo districts are freezing. This was reported by the Baza Telegram channel.
Most of the houses were transferred to a reserve scheme after the fire, and about 40 houses want to be transferred “in the next one and a half to two hours.”
According to the Mash Telegram channel, the fire at the substation occurred at 6.00. The temperature inside the apartment dropped to 10-15°C.
The propaganda RIA Novosti reported that the night of January 4 in Moscow was the coldest since the beginning of winter. In the Russian capital, the thermometer showed 26° below zero. And in the Moscow region last night, 30 degrees below zero was recorded.
