In particular, the occupiers are preparing a list of so-called “observers.” This was reported today, January 3, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
All “elections” in Russia are not a mechanism for changing power and are a complete cargo cult that only imitates the procedure in developed countries. Part of the cult in Russia are the so-called observers, who are supposedly impartial and monitor the process, the report says.
Observers are appointed by the “public chamber”, subordinate to the Russian dictator.
Currently, the “local centers” of this chamber are forming a list of collaborators who will play the role of observers in March 2023, notes the CNS.
