On Monday, January 1, at about 11.10, the invaders fired artillery at one of the settlements of the Belozersk community. As a result of the attack, a private house was destroyed. Two people were trapped under the rubble. A 73-year-old woman died. Her body was recovered from the rubble. Her 50-year-old woman was rescued and hospitalized with injuries to her leg and back. The head of the OVA, Alexander Prokudin, reported this on Telegram.
The Office of the Prosecutor General informed that the Oleshkovo District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kherson Region has begun a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war, which is associated with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Let us remind you that on December 31, Russian occupation forces attacked the city of Chuguev, Kharkov region, with S-300 missiles. At least four rockets flew across the city and region. No one was injured, but there was damage to civilian non-residential infrastructure, including warehouses.
