This was reported today, January 1, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
The situation around the Tyotkinsky sugar factory, located in the Kursk region, which, by decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, was denied recovery from the Russian Ministry of Defense for losses caused to the enterprise in the first three months from the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, is indicative, the report says.
It is noted that the facilities of this enterprise and adjacent territories were used with the Russian Federation during this period and were repeatedly damaged by shelling, which led to losses of 75 million rubles (about 32 million UAH). However, the Kremlin authorities decided not to compensate the owners for the destruction of property.
Note that if Russian troops are stationed on your private territory, you can always expel them from there with the help of the Defense Forces, simply by telling us the coordinates, the CNS notes.
