In each case, border guards carefully study the documents that will provide the basis for a person’s departure.
The State Border Service of Ukraine assured that the rules for crossing the border for people with disabilities of group III have not changed, despite rumors on social networks. This was announced on Saturday, December 30, by the representative of the State Border Service Andrei Demchenko in a commentary to the Center for Countering Disinformation.
He emphasized that the border crossing of citizens is carried out in accordance with the current law, including the Rules for crossing the border for citizens of Ukraine, approved by government decree No. 57 and defines the conditions for crossing the border during martial law, especially for male citizens of Ukraine , who are generally restricted from leaving.
Demchenko noted that in each case, border guards carefully study the documents that provide grounds for a person to travel abroad.
“People often try to speculate on the conditions of crossing the border, complying, for example, for other purposes or using fake or fabricated documents,” he emphasized.
He added that in view of the fact that the State Border Guard Service has repeatedly identified fake documents related to large families, inspectors can check this condition for the departure of men, including the use of documents from territorial recruitment centers.
“This can be an extract from the TCC protocol on the decision made to postpone or a record of postponement in the military records,” explained Demchenko.
He pointed out that from the beginning of the year alone, almost 50 thousand Ukrainian citizens who did not meet the conditions of the pass were refused to exit the border, and three thousand fake documents were also exposed.
We remind you that a mobilization bill has been introduced in the Verkhovna Rada. It aims to change the method of mobilization, military service and introduce the possibility of partial discharge or rest for active military personnel.
