Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba announced this on December 29.

In addition, Kuleba and the head of diplomacy of the European Commission, Josep Borrell, agreed to intensify efforts to supply additional air defense systems to Ukraine.

The Foreign Minister held a conversation in the bomb shelter with the EU High Representative, who expressed EU solidarity and support for Ukraine after the Russian attack today.

Kuleba thanked Borrell for his political and personal support in 2023 and outlined two main defense priorities for the next year – accelerating the supply of artillery ammunition and removing all obstacles to increasing the capacity of the European defense industry, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
