The total depth of the new exploration well is 2919 meters, and the initial flow rate is 51.4 tons per day of mostly anhydrous oil.
PJSC Ukrnafta began operating a new well in eastern Ukraine. The general director of the company, Sergei Koretsky, announced this today, December 25.
“During the drilling process, we used our own developments: the department of industrial chemistry and basic analysis, based on a basic recipe, developed a drilling fluid used at a depth of 2013 meters. This made it possible to reduce the cavity coefficient and minimize the cost of chemicals and materials, which saved the company millions of hryvnias.” , – Koretsky noted.
The general director said that the total depth of the new exploration well is 2919 meters, and the initial flow rate is 51.4 tons per day of almost anhydrous oil.
“The section of the well revealed three more promising deposits in the Serpukhov and Bashkir deposits. Therefore, after mining the underlying deposits, the horizontal part of the well was drilled to develop oil reserves from deposits in Bashkir deposits,” added the general director of the business.

We remind you that a new high-yield well was launched in the Lviv region. By the end of the year, three more wells could be built in the same field.
