In eight regions of western Ukraine on Saturday, December 23, weather forecasters announced a storm warning. This is confirmed by data from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“On December 23, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s in the western region,” the warning said.
Due to bad weather, risk level I has been declared in the following areas:

Khmelnitskaya;

Transcarpathian;

Ivano-Frankivsk;

Chernovitskaya.

According to weather forecasters, it will be cloudy today in Ukraine. Rain and showers are expected in the east and southeast. The temperature will remain between 1-6°C.
Light wet snow is expected in places across the area. Roads are icy in places. Daytime temperatures range from 3° below zero to 2° warm. Today’s wind will be southwest and west, 7-12 m/s. In the western regions gusts of 15-20 m / s.
