CRCC Railway Construction Corporation is the second largest state-owned construction company in the People’s Republic of China.

NAPC reported that in 2017, the Russian division of Siarsys Rus LLC signed a contract for the construction of three stations on the Big Circle Line of the Moscow Metro: Aminevskoye Shosse, Michurinsky Prospekt and Vernadskogo Prospekt.

In the same year, Siarsisy Rus began the construction of a trans-border cableway across the Amur River between the cities of Blagoveshchensk (RF) and Heihe (PRC) with a passenger terminal. A subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation International signed a contract for “the construction of the fifth section of the Moscow-Kazan national highway with a length of 107 km, which is an important part of the more global transport route Europe – Western China.
