Representatives of the Forum for Democracy party did not declare other positions they held, thereby violating the code of conduct.

The Dutch parliament deprived three deputies from the pro-Russian party of the right to vote for a week. It was reported by the lower house of the Dutch parliament.

The report states that we are talking about representatives Thierry Baudet, Gideon van Meyeren and Frik Jansen.

“Three members of the FVD (Forum for Democracy) have been suspended from the House of Representatives for seven days from Wednesday 20 December, except for voting,” the statement said.

People’s representatives were fired for not declaring other positions they held, thus violating the code of conduct.

The majority of representatives agreed to this restriction, which was proposed by a special investigative council under the parliament.

As we already wrote, on December 5, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Hanke Brains Slot, who is visiting Ukraine.
