At 23:03, the Kyiv City Military Administration announced that the air defense was operating in the suburbs of the capital.

Earlier, the police showed a suicide attack at a hospital near Kherson. At the time of the attack, patrol officers and hospital workers were in the building. As a result of the rebellion, a service vehicle was damaged.
