In connection with the death of one of the victims after the grenade explosion, the issue of reclassification of the actions of the deputy is being resolved.
At the request of the prosecutors, a deputy of the Keretskovsky village council, who is suspected of committing a terrorist act, was selected by the court as a preventive measure. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
“In connection with the death of one of the victims after the grenade explosion, the issue of reclassification of the man’s actions under Part 3 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is resolved. We are talking about making a terrorist act, which led to the death of one person,” the message said.
We remind you that on December 15, in Transcarpathia, in the building of the Keretskovsky village council, a deputy exploded three grenades at the very session meeting. About 23 people were injured in the explosions, including the suspect. The victims sustained injuries of varying severity.
One of the victims of the grenade explosion died in hospital from his injuries.
