The victims of the accident were employees of the State Special Transport Service, including one of the managers. Yesterday, December 16, at about 14.30, during a work trip, the deputy head of the administration of the State Special Transport Service, Colonel Viktor Zhigunov, Lieutenant Colonel Vasily Kravets, soldier Dmitry Sologub and citizen Natalya Dubrovskaya died as a result of an accident. The State Special Transport Service reported this on Facebook.
Meanwhile, the publication Zaxid.net reported that a fatal accident occurred on the Kyiv-Chop highway in the village of Smozhe, Stryi district. There, a Ford Focus car with military license plates collided with a truck. Four people inside the car were killed.
As you know, the State Special Transport Service is a specialized military formation, part of the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, designed to ensure the sustainable functioning of transport in peacetime and during special periods.
Let us remind you that on December 7, three cars collided at once in the Kharkov region: a car, a minibus and a truck. As a result of the accident, six people were killed and five more were injured.
